Clear handovers save time. That is why we coordinate review, customs, inspections, collection and onward transport from one team.

  1. Send documents

    Invoice, packing list, transport documents, product data and certificates where required.

  2. Pre-check

    We review the tariff, procedure, licences and potential controls before arrival.

  3. Declaration & presentation

    The declaration is filed via ATLAS; truck imports receive an express ATA number.

  4. Coordinate controls

    Organic, COI, CITES, plant health, veterinary or laboratory checks are arranged directly.

  5. Release & collection

    Following official release, we collect the goods – at FRA Airport regularly on the same day.

  6. Storage or delivery

    Transshipment, warehousing and onward transport use our fleet or partner network.
